    Reality & Reason licenses governance instruments for internal adoption and controlled distribution.

    Purpose

    Reality & Reason licenses its instruments for internal governance use. Licensing exists to keep adoption aligned to a specific edition, preserve version traceability, and prevent uncontrolled redistribution.

    What is included

    Each licence includes the full document bundle. Documents are delivered by email upon payment. The Framework is supplied in both PDF (reference version) and Word (editable working version) to support internal governance adoption. All other supporting documents remain PDF.

    Licence Scope

    Licences are issued to a named organisation or group and the supplied documents are identified accordingly.

    Redistribution outside the licensed organisational scope is not permitted. If use extends beyond the licensed entity or group, the appropriate licence will be required.

    Editions & Renewal

    Licences cover one edition year. Organisations may remain pinned to the edition they adopted or move to a newer edition. Superseded editions remain accessible for audit and citation.

    All minor updates within the edition year are included at no additional cost. Purchases made within 90 days of a major edition release include the incoming edition at no additional cost.

    Licence Pricing

    The licence includes all framework components, version updates during the licence period, and organisation-wide distribution rights.

    Each licensed bundle is issued to a named organisation and includes organisation-specific identification for traceability and audit purposes.

    Single Entity£2,500 + VAT
    Group (parent + subsidiaries)£7,500 + VAT

    VAT (20%) applies to UK organisations. Buyers outside the United Kingdom are not charged VAT.

    Registered charities and public sector organisations receive 50% of the applicable rate.

    Future editions may be adopted at the renewal price applicable at the time of publication (currently £1,500 Single Entity, £4,500 Group).

    Adoption Mechanics

    Instruments are designed to be adopted by Board resolution and implemented through existing governance processes. Reality & Reason does not provide implementation services, legal advice, or certification.
